The check-in staff was friendly and smiled a lot and rather reassuring about the transfer of my luggage from airline to another. Internet use is free for a 6-hour period. The place is clean and neat. The fresh fruit and coffee at breakfast are good.
The room is small and basic but does not match the photos. The shower stall is poorly constructed and water does not drain well, so you end up standing in a shallow pool of water. Although breakfast is included, the pastries are hard, stale, dry and inedible. The check-out staff was not as friendly. It could be due to the early hour (3 am). If transiting more than six hours, it's not worth the value to stay at this hotel. It's much cheaper to stay at a nearby airport hotel.
Its location right in the sterile area of bkk Airport.
1) Overpriced; 2) Walls are so thin that you can hear noise all the time.
too expansive and location was too farway and sfaff was never kind prefer to stay reguler hotel at out side of airport next time
Very handy 6 hour Transit stay.
The so-called 'free breakfast - all-day' was poor - there was no fruit until I asked for some. The staff were overly helpful and ordered a wheelchair as soon as I reached the dining area when I had told them at check-in what time I would like the wheelchair. This was sorted out alright.
Vey expensive for the value for money
We had a 12 hour stopover so having a 6 hour sleep was excellent.
When we turned up the receptionist was having an argument with a guest over something getting broken, was all very unprofessional. The price for 6 hours was a bit expensive
It was handy for a transit stay.
It was quite expensive for what you got, poor selection of TV channels (especially for children), average shower, soap dispenser did not work, lack of tea/coffee and kettle disappointing.
Easy check-in & clean and comfortable rooms, just perfect for the layover between flights.
Took me an hour to find the day-rooms as very limited signage and I had stayed there before. Couldn't find out how to get up to the 4th floor & each airport staff member had very limited English & sent of in the general direction only.
What I like about this Hotel is conveinces for long delay or long wait for transit travellers.
They do not tell their drowsy, tired traveller customers what the exchange rate when you pay in different currency instead of Thai Baht (THB). Since we already paying for high price on our room already, you do not need to rip off your customers with exchange rate. For 4,300 Thb room they divide it 28 that will get you $153.50 round it up 154 + 20 (deposit). When you can walk to the nearest money exchange in the terminal and change your $154 to Thai Baht, you will get roughly 5,000 Thai Baht. That a 600 Baht (15 USD) different that you can get a meal with your kids or love one in the terminal for 600 THB. Over all I think the front desk need to add what rate are to be exchange in the receipt so your customer do not feel like getting rip off.
Staff was direct and friendly. Very convenient and I felt safe as a woman traveling alone.
It would have helped me to have an information sheet about adjusting the room temperature and water temperature. After waking up shivering in the middle of my stay, I found the thermostat and raised the temp in the room from 20 to 26. I did not figure out how to adjust the water temperature and took a tepid shower when I wanted to take a hot shower.
It eliminated the need to clear passpoirt control and travel to a nearby hotel
The rates charged are higher that the booked rates. This is the second time I have stayed there and the rates were higher both times
I stayed there twice, the room in 1st stay is not bad, but the 2nd stay the wood floor was not flat with noisy while walking through ; and the door in bath room was broken. The most disadvantage is its price, really high ! If I were not limited by the flight ticket rule and could not go in Bangkok, I would not stay there(though it's better than sleeping at the transit lobby...)
room quality is not identical room by room.
Hotel increased the price on arrival to 3300 Bht from 3030 Bht as reserved. Location was not adequately described and few signs were posted in appropriate locations. Reservation should state "Concourse G" since there in also a Louis Tavern without hotel in "B".
As I am 84 years old and and had the wonderful service from thai air staff and the use of a wheelchair, the closeness of your tavern was perfect. I found the room exactly as I would have liked.but as I have food allergies couldn't make use of your breakfast voucher.- Would recommend to others. Dorothy long
Great to have a private space when stuck in transit at Bangkok airport for 8 hours. Was able to recharge all our it devices. Family got a few hours decent sleep.
Bath room was a little run down. Walls paper thin. Room a bit squashy - cant get a room with 4 beds for a family.
